Returns & Replacements
We're confident that you'll be totally happy with any goods purchased from us However, should you need to return a product to us, please refer to the information below. Any product returns must be brought to our attention by emailing us at email@example.com within 5 days of product being delivered.
All goods must be returned to the specified address within 10 working days of delivery to you. All returned product must be in its original packaging, in full working order and be in resalable condition. You must cover the full cost of any returns unless a product is proven to be faulty on arrival and brought to our attention within 5 working days from the day you received the goods.
Unwanted items: If you have changed your mind about an item you must notify us within 5 working days from the day you've received the goods. The item you return must be in its original packaging and in an as new, saleable condition, complete with all manuals and components intact. Damaged in transit: If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please sign the delivery note stating the goods have arrived damaged. Report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.
